Shipping Overview

Iron Wake ships all orders from our DMV-based facility. We aim to get your products to you quickly and securely.

Processing Time

Pre-orders or special pieces: 4–5 weeks for production before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Costs

USPS & UPS depending on your location.
Standard shipping: $8–$12 (5–7 business days, depending on order size/weight)
Expedited shipping: $15–$20 (2–3 business days, depending on order size/weight)
Free shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for standard shipping at no cost.
Note: Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on items ordered.

Tracking & Insurance

All packages include tracking.
Domestic orders are insured up to $100.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your package, contact us within 3 days.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and issue a replacement or refund if necessary.

Holiday & Busy Season Shipping

During November–December, please add 2 extra business days to processing times.
Order by December 18th for delivery in time for Christmas.

Rush Orders

For expedited production, contact us before placing your order. Rush fees may apply.

Currently, Iron Wake ships only within the United States.
