Order Acceptance & Pricing

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Prices are subject to change; you pay the price shown at checkout.

Intellectual Property

• All Iron Wake designs, photos, and content are copyrighted.
• You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs without permission.

Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the total value of your order.
• We are not responsible for lost packages once shipped, shipping delays, or events beyond our control (natural disasters, supply issues, etc.).

Disputes

• Any disputes will be governed by Maryland law.
• We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve issues before taking legal action.

Custom Orders & Pre-Orders

• Pre-orders take 4–5 weeks to produce before shipping.
• Custom requests or changes may affect production timelines.

Conduct & Communication

• Treat our team and other customers respectfully. We reserve the right to deny service to abusive or disruptive individuals.
• We will communicate openly about delays, stock issues, or unexpected events.
